Classic white wine fermentation off the skins, cool temperature stainless steel then tanks until Spring release time
WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
Bouquet characterized by light white flowers:
Muguet and Jasmine.
Fruity notes of white fruits. In the mouth it stands out for its acid component that gives freshness, good balance. It is distinctly perceived the minerality conferred by the terroir. Ready wine, to drink immediately.
We can match it with any meal! Excellent with appetizers, vegetable creams and fish dishes but also with mushroom risotto and a vegetable omelette.
2021 LANGHE NEBBIOLO

VINIFICATION
Destalked and fermentation in vats for about a week, is then poured into steel tanks where malolactic fermentation happen.
Refining in steel for about eight months.
WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
Dark ruby red with bright orange reflectionswith intense aromas reminiscent of wild rose and blackberry. Delicate and elegant taste, presents Dry with good harmony, shows a Round and Ripe red fruit notes. A glass of Langhe Nebbiolo pairs beautifullywith all sorts of braised or grilled meats, Italian pasta, and spicy dishes.
You can also serve it with a rich cheese board with medium aged cheese varieties.

VINIFICATION
Vats fermentation with a 15 days skin on, after it the wine rest in vats for about 4 months and then others 2 months in bottle, no oak.
WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
This wine shows a brilliant ruby red color with a cherry spices and light earthy notes on the nose. A concentrated of cherry red fruit, elevate but soft tannin, balanced fromthe classic freshness of the sangiovese. Perfect wine for structured dishes like grilled, marinated and boiled meat but also pasta with game.
