VINIFICATION
The harvest is done by hand in September. The grapes arrive at the winery and are gently pressed; fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts. After the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is aged in 50 Hl Slavonian oak barrels for 6 months.

During tasting, this wine displays a striking ruby red color with captivating violet reflections. The nose is filled with enticing aromas of fresh fruit, ripe plum, and juicy blackberry, enhanced by vibrant, refreshing notes. VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation and a 12-month aging period in oak casks.
