VINIFICATION
The harvest takes place in the early days of October. The must is kept in contact with the skins in stainless steel tanks for about 22-24 hours at a temperature of 5-6°C to extract only the most delicate aromatic compounds. After racking without pressing, the fermentation of the must continues at 18-20°C for 12-14 days.
After a few months of aging in vitrified cement tanks followed by time in the bottle, the wine is ready for consumption.
WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
With a delicate onion skin pink color and violet reflections, this wine offers a clean bouquet with hints of rosehip, cherry, and sage. On the palate, it’s fresh and soft, perfectly balanced by a gentle acidity, and ends with a long, juicy finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with seafood appetizers, light soups, baked fish, and white meats.

WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
Bright garnet red with ruby highlights. Floral scents featuring rose, freshly cut hay, fruit such as apricots and yellow plums, accompanied by a corollary of wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry. Fresh and vinous palate, elegantly fleshy, featuring the same rose and fruits expressed in the nose with the same intensity. Initially fine tannins subsequently grow in importance. Good balance and persistence.
It pair perfectly with grilled white meats, tuna tartare or with a cured meat and cheese board.

WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
Brilliant ruby red in colour; the nose opens with fruity and floral notes of cherry and red fruit; on the palate it is lively and balanced with a pleasant and fresh fruity finish.
An everyday wine. Goes well with cold pork cuts and cheeses, light pasta dishes, main courses and light medium-aged cheeses.
