Vinification of Lacrima grapes without the skins in big thanks using the Martinotti method to preserve the freshness followed by a 6 months in bottle aging
WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING
Rose petal color, the mousse is soft, with violet reflections, fine perlage, medium intensity and persistent.
Bouquet of violets, wild roses and golden apples. Dry, harmonious and fresh palate, with notes of blackurrants and sweet almonds.
Perfect pairing for roasted fish, fried food and light appetizer.

VINIFICATION
After the grape stalks are removed, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a 20-day maceration period. Malolactic fermentation takes place in the spring, and the wine is then bottled in April.

This wine is vinous and fragrant, featuring intense notes of white pepper, spices, and forest floor. On the palate, it is fresh and slightly tannic with a vibrant finish highlighted by hints of white pepper. It pairs beautifully with cold cuts, medium-aged cheeses, and robust first courses.

This wine displays a color range from light ruby to ruby red. On the nose, it is light and presenting a delicate and harmonious aroma with hints of almond. The taste is pleasant and fruity, embodying a characteristic flavor profile that is both inviting and distinctive.
