2022 NERO D’AVOLA FUNARO

100% NERO D’AVOLA

VINIFICATION

Maceration on the skins and fermentations in stainless-steel for about 10/15 days, using indigenous yeast, followed by 3 months in the bottle

WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING

The wine has ruby red and purple hues with aromas of ripe black-red fruit and a whiff of blue flower. It's easygoing with cushioned in pliant tannins. Rich mouthfeel and typical acidity of Nero d’Avola which gives it a good taste-olfactory persistence.

These wines are perfect to accompany tasty dishes, such as first courses with really important sauces, or preparations based on meat, game, and roasts. But also Cold cuts, cheeses, salumi with grilled pork and beef.

2021 BARDOLINO LE FRAGHE

VENETO
80% CORVINA, 20% RONDINELLA

VINIFICATION

The two grape varieties, Corvina and Rondinella, are vinified separately. The maceration lasts some 7-8 days, and coincides with the fermentation period.

Stainless steel until spring, than blended and bottled ready to sell

WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING

Le Fraghe Bardolino appears a purple- tinged ruby red of medium intensity. Its rich, complex bouquet of fruity essences such as sweet-sour cherry and blueberry, and spicy nuances of cinnamon and black pepper.

Delicious as an accompaniment to light meats and delicate-flavoured red meats, as well as young cheeses and game.

VINIFICATION

Martinotti/Charmat method sparkling (vats fermentation), rest in the same vats until bottling

WINE PROFILE AND PAIRING

Gorgeous notes of green apple, pear, white flowers, and brioche are all present in this easy-to-like bubbly. Fantastic as an aperitif, charcuterie, sushi, deviled eggs, smoked salmon and Ricotta cheese.
